Chocolate Ganache


Chocolate Ganache:

16 oz bag semi sweet chocolate 

1 cup heavy cream

Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t bubble over. 
Remove from the microwave and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Start whisking until it is smooth

Makes 2 cups
