2/3 cup small macaroni elbow pasta (uncooked)
1 cup water
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup sharp cheddar and Colby jack cheeses, shredded or cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mug, add the pasta and the water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Make sure to put a plate under the bowl because it will boil over.
Microwave for another minute. Stir.
Once the water has been absorbed (if not add another 30 seconds) Stir in the milk and shredded cheese and microwave 30-60 seconds. Stir well! (it might seem runny but it will thicken up a bit when it sits)
